Octopus is featured in 100 Years of the Phantom, a landmark publication by the Rolls-Royce Enthusiasts’ Club, produced in partnership with London-based publisher St James’s House. The book celebrates the centenary of the Phantom and brings together heritage, craftsmanship and a curated selection of sophisticated brands from the world of luxury.
The editorial presents Octopus as an icon of global exploration, uniquely equipped to reach the most remote corners of the planet while maintaining exceptional levels of comfort and privacy. It highlights her pioneering design, world-cruising capability and rare ability to unite scientific discovery with refined guest experiences, from polar expeditions to deep-sea exploration.
The publication was launched on 1 December 2025 at The Peninsula London. Jacqui Lockhart, Charter Manager at Big Blue Expeditions, attended the launch on behalf of the brand. “It was an honour to attend the launch and see Big Blue Expeditions represented alongside such distinguished brands,” she says. “The publication captures the sense of legacy, curiosity and excellence that underpins everything we do.”
About the Rolls-Royce Enthusiasts’ Club and St James’s House
The Rolls-Royce Enthusiasts’ Club (RREC) is an international organisation dedicated to celebrating the heritage and legacy of the Rolls-Royce marque.
100 Years of the Phantom was produced in partnership by the RREC and London-based publisher St James’s House, a specialist publishing and communications imprint known for creating high-quality bespoke books, events and brand storytelling. Since 2007, St James’s House has worked as an official publishing partner to the RREC.
